Independently of the place Where those acivities has taken place, those Umoe’s Workers have to address their actions in accordance to the Ethical Conduct Code.

With this focus, Umoe’s has established this communication channel some Years ago intending to make easier to its Business Stakeholders to offer it notifications presenting suggestions, critics or grievances, anonismously ou not.

Every  record made through this channel there will be dealed by the Human Resource Manager with an independent manner, with impartiality and transparency, assuring to Every system user’s anonymity and intergrity of its information.
